Former Ruddles/Everards stone built pub with a fabulous thatched roof situated in the quiet village of Market Overton, within easy reach of Stamford, Nottingham and many Rutland attractions. Roaring fires, comfy sofas and a friendly atmosphere welcome you . The pub overlooks some beautiful countryside where you can often see Red kites and local wildlife in abundance. Although renowned for its cuisine, The Black Bull is faithful to its roots as a traditional village pub where people can wander in with walking boots and dogs to enjoy good company as well as fine ales, wine and food. The real ale range is still being developed but local ales will feature prominently. Open for brunch 9.30am-11.30am on the !st Saturday of the month. Popular quiz night on last Thursday of the month.
