Blonde Ales

Jaskolka means 'swallow' in Polish and this spring pale ale with Lubelski and Marynka Polish hops delivers zesty lemon, grassy and subtle spicy notes on a smooth, bright malt base.

2. Ampersand Brew Co. Diss, Norfolk Mosaic 4.3% sponsored by Rutland Catering & Bar Supplies
Part of Ampersand's single hop pale ale series focusing on the fantastic Mosaic hop bringing big Mango and Citrus fruit notes on a classic cask pale base.

3. Baker’s Dozen, Ketton, Rutland Electric Landlady 5.0% sponsored by Baker’s Dozen
Flagship multi-award winning single-hopped Mosaic pale ale. This beer is bursting with tropical fruit flavour and aroma. Electric Landlady was CAMRA Champion Beer of Britain Premium Pale Ale Winner in 2023

4. Baker’s Dozen, Ketton, Rutland, Rutland Weekend Television 4.5% ‘Festival Special' sponsored by Simpsons Malt
This hazy session pale is a one-off brew for our festival from the multi-award winning local brewery Baker's Dozen Brewing Co. 'A Fruit Cocktail' of hops in this hazy session pale. It's the future of beer!

5. Brewsters Brewery, Grantham, Lincolnshire Et Citra Et Citra 4.0% sponsored by Two Chimps Coffee
Golden Ale, featuring the ever-popular Citra hop, backed up by Cascade and Centennial, for a rounded, zesty, brew. A little crystal malt in the mash adds a hint of a colour and some light biscuit notes.

6. Duration, Kings Lynn, Norfolk Jumpers for Goalposts 4.3% sponsored by The Rutland Cleaning Company
Summer ale brewed with English hops. First Gold and UK Cascade bring notes of orange marmalade and bright citrus, leading into a crisp finish. An easy drinking cask ale built for Summer.

7. Eight Arch Brewery, Wimborne, Dorset Corbel 5.5% sponsored by The Vaults, Uppingham
Award winning signature West Coast IPA. Clean, crisp and filled to the brim with ripe stone fruit aromas, all ending with a solid bitterness making it super drinkable.

The full name of this strong hoppy pale ale is 'CBA ....Because reasons....probably'. It is a collaboration between Imperial Brewery and Steel City Brewing using Comet and Cascade hops.

A blonde single hopped ale using Elixir hops from France. The aroma has notes of tangerine and other citrus fruits, leading to a flavour with floral tones that is gentle and refreshing. A wonderful session beer.

18. Oakham Ales, Peterborough in collaboration with Thrornbridge Brewery, Derbyshire Hoppy Pale 4.2% sponsored by Oakham Ales
One of several productive collaborations between these two excellent breweries. This Hoppy Pale is packed with a quartet of of big US hops: Columbus, Amarillo, Cascade and Citra. Distinctive citrus, tropical and stone fruit flavours partnered with bold, bright and earthy spice and black pepper characteristics, hints of resin and a zesty grapefruit bitterness.

This sessionable pale ale uses Wakatu and Wai-iti hops, grown in New Zealand. The combinations of these New World hops give this pale ale the subtle flavour of peaches and apricots, lifted with a delicate floral aroma.

A dark ruby ale with a blend of roast barley, chocolate malt and dark crystal malt brought together to give flavours of bonfire toffee and sweet licorice. the hop bitterness is kept low and is finished with Northern Brewer hops.

A delicious single variety cider made with the early dessert apple ‘Discovery’ & packed with strawberry notes to create a wonderfully fruity refreshing cider.
2. Whin Hill, Norfolk Dry 6.8% Dry
A full bodied dry cider made from a blend of cider apples. .
3. Sheppy, Somerset Farmhouse Medium 6.0% Medium
A traditional blend of cider apple varieties produces this still, smooth, satisfying cider.
4. Heron Valley, Devon Medium 4.5% Medium
Fermented using naturally occurring yeast harvested from the skins of our apples, this cider contains no added sulphites and is made traditionally using only our heritage Devon apples.
5. Charnwood Cider, Leicestershire Pure Charnwood 6.4% Medium
This cider is a blend of many apple varieties collected from several local orchards, so is a true representation of the taste of Charnwood Forest. A full flavour, bursting with appleyness that dances in your mouth!
6.Oliver's, Herefordshire Shezam 6.2% Medium
A wild yeast fermented farmhouse cider, still, fruity blend of the best bittersweet and bittersharp cider apples from the 2024 harvest.
7. Cidentro, Leicestershire Twyford Gold 5.5% Medium Dry
2024 vintage, a blend of bittersharp and bittersweet cider apples - Kingston Black, Browns, Lord Derby and Black Dabinett apples.
Perries
8. Oliver’s Cider, Herefordshire Classic Perry 5.4% Medium Sweet
A pear fruitiness with pleasing sweetness and nice balancing citrus notes
9. Gwatkin Cider, Herefordshire Farmhouse Perry 6.0% Medium
Made from a blend of old fashioned varieties of pears, harvested from the few remaining pear orchards of rural Herefordshire.
10. Blue Barrel, Cambridgeshire Paradise Perry 6.5% Medium
Blue Barrel’s first Cambridgeshire perry using wild pears from Barton Orchard, Cambridge, and ‘Butt’ perry pears from their home orchard in Oakington.
All ciders and perries are gluten free, suitable for vegetarians/vegans but may contain a small amount of sulphites
